Walking Sometimes the simplest things are the ones that work the most. Yes, walking is one of the best exercises to easily lose weight after pregnancy. If you can't find the energy to do anything else, you can start with short walks. Walking will help you release stress and get back into shape. Start with a short stroll initially and eventually keep increasing pace and time.
Kegels Help strengthen stomach and pelvic muscles. Lie down on the floor and lift your pelvic floor and contract stomach muscles. Do in repetitive sets of 15 seconds each.
Planks Planks help tone arm, leg and stomach muscles. Lie down facing the ground and push up your body with your hands. Hold for sometime and release. Repeat.
Head lifts Helps to tone stomach muscles and lose weight. Lie on your back and bend yours knees, keeping your feet flat. Inhale while lifting your head, hold for sometime and exhale while lowering your head.
Abdominal contractions Helps to bring stomach back to shape. Pull your stomach inside and hold your breath for 20 seconds, then exhale. Do this exercise in repetitive sets of 20 seconds each.
