  • Green cardamom powder – 1 tsp.

Method of preparation

  • Boil two to three cups of water and add almonds to it.
  • Leave them for two to three minutes.
  • Rinse the almonds in cold running water and wipe them with a cloth.
  • Peel off the skin and roast these almonds over a low flame till they are completely dry.
  • Grind them to get a fine powder. You can add cardamom powder and saffron in the mixer.
  • You should store it in airtight containers.
